At Valley Rose Wellness, we believe that wellness is a product of all of our daily choices in life. Our offerings of nutrition coaching, yoga classes and massage therapy can help you achieve more balanced health and wellness in your life. Our nutrition coaching, yoga and massage are all tailored to you. Making changes in life doesn't have to be scary and you don't have to change everything all at once. We will work together to create custom diet recommendations for you based on your food preferences that will show you how much to eat at each meal, how to judge portion sizes and will allow you to stay consistent. One on one or group yoga classes can be as gentle or challenging as you need. Massage sessions will be customized based on your goals and needs for the session.
