About Valley Rose Wellness

Our Philosophy

Health is multifaceted, as should be your approach to it. Wellness is more than just the absence of disease, it’s a combination of all of our daily choices and actions. What we choose to put into our bodies, how we choose to move our bodies, and how we nurture them all add to our overall wellness.

Valley Rose Wellness doesn’t subscribe to one size fits all- every body is different and so are our goals. Nutrition coaching, yoga an/or personal training sessions and massage therapy are all individually catered to your personal needs.

Our Story

I always knew I wanted to help people but, didn’t always know exactly how that was going to materialize. I went to massage school before college thinking it would be a good career to work my way through school. While in college, I took my first nutrition class and fell in absolute love. Learning how to use food as fuel- how to nurture your body with lots of healthy foods rather than restricting was a game changer. As a mom to a young daughter at the time, it became my mission to instill in her the right way to eat and create healthy habits early on. My path in life led me to working in an elementary school for many years with kiddos with autism and just doing massage and nutrition coaching part time. After some big life changes and feeling inspired to use the changes as an impetus to create the life I’d always wanted, I completed a personal training certification and yoga teacher training. At that point, armed with a solid arsenal of knowledge and strong desire to help others, Valley Rose Wellness born.
